5. OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness) calculations and monitoring
6. 5 - 'S' concepts and implementation
7. Few short training programmes by participants for workers
METHODOLOGY :
Class room exercises, case studies, analysis of participants data and observations, class room discussions.
EXPECTED ACHIEVEMENT :
Achievement of machine capability, preventive maintenance and parameter monitoring schedules for selected machines, TPM & 5 -'S' activities on these selected machines.
